For a purchase, include the order number and checkout email. For a product, include its link and selected option. State the question, relevant dates and requested action in your message.

Reporting an item or parcel concern

Describe missing, incorrect or damaged goods and include available photographs of the item, packaging and parcel label where helpful. Share the tracking reference for a delivery problem and retain relevant materials during review.

Before requesting a change

Contact us promptly about cancellation or address corrections. We review the fulfillment stage and confirm what can still be done. Sending a request does not itself confirm an amendment.

Before sending a return
